There’s nothing like a good conversation over a cup of coffee.
Metro CEO and General Manager Dwight A. Ferrell plans to meet with community members to discuss their experiences, opinions and questions about Metro services at Greater Cincinnati coffee shops.
These coffee chats are informal opportunities to talk with the CEO and ask questions about Metro and its future. Metro’s only agenda item is to get feedback from the community about their public transit needs.
“I’m looking forward to going out into the community over the next couple of months and meeting and talking with people – something I really enjoy doing,” Ferrell said. “Moreover, it’s important that we at SORTA hear from the community – directly – about their public transit experiences and ideas.”
Upcoming coffee chats include:
Luckman Coffee (5200 Beechmont Ave.): Feb. 9, 8 – 9 a.m.
Coffee Emporium (110 E Central Pkwy): Feb. 22, 8 – 9 a.m.
Bluebird Bakery & Café (29 Village Sq, Glendale): Feb. 23, 8 – 9 a.m.
Saxby’s (9321 Montgomery Rd): March 1, 8:30 – 9:30 a.m.
Lookout Joe (3181 Linwood Ave): March 7, 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.
